Four simple steps and you will soon be in India!

1. Open "Visa Application Forms" link. Fill out the application form, print,

sign (Below the photo in Page 1 & end of application in page 2) and paste a  photo.

2. Check fees, payment options and documents required. All details is to be found here;  Documents and Payments. Make sure application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

3. Submit your application with passport, proof of payment and required documents at our office in Bygdøy Alle 8 (open 0900-1500) or by post; TT Services AB, Postboks 3006, 0207 Oslo.

4. Enjoy Incredible India!

Counter Delivery Checklist:

Timings: 09:00-15:00 hours for registrations

Receipt from bank payment (free) or credit card (10 NOK surcharge will be added.)

If using bank payment- Handelsbanken: Branch Olov V´s Gate, Oslo, Account number : 9046 11 60270 Passport number and name must be written. The receipt must accompany the visa application

Due to security reasons we are unable to accept cash/cheques.

It is not necessary to apply in person, a messenger is accepted.

Passport Pick-up:

Timings: 13:00-1600 hours. (Other hours NOK 50)

A messenger may be allowed to pick the passport on behalf of the applicant.

An Authorization Letter may be handed over at the reception when picking the passport(s) with the name, reference number and passport number of the applicant.

Postal Delivery Checklist:

A printed version of the Online Application Form, Passport and supporting document (if any)

DO NOT SEND STAMPS.

Receipt of payment of visa fees , as applicable,  as well as REK post charges of NOK 195 to our bank account 90461160270, if you will need the passport sent to you after the process is over should be attached.

We send maximum of four passports in one envelope.

Postal applications must be sent by REK Post and will be sent back by REK Post.

Visa Issuing

It is the sole prerogative of the Embassy of India in Oslo to issue visas. The Embassy issue visas based on the type and duration of the stay at their own discretion.

What do I need to know when filling the Online Application Form?

Information entered in the application form must be the same as in the passport (Name(s), Surname, Date of birth, Place of birth, Passport number and its date of issue and expiry.)

TT Services are unable to make any changes at the time of registration from our end.

By visible identification marks Indian Government mean; a scar or a mole.

Do not use Norwegian alphabets when filling the online application form. (The english version of your name is available at the bottom of your passport.)

If you have given your email id in the application form you will receive an email confirming your registration.

When applying for a tourist visa, it may be hard to have a reference in India; in such cases, you may either enter the address of the Hotel or leave it blank.

After filling the entire application form you may print it out and deliver it to us by REK Post or by hand along with your passport and other supporting documents.
