Note that fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
What do we do?
TTServices is a visa outsource partner of the Embassy of India Oslo. In this capacity, TTServices receives applications; accept Service Charges & schedules appointments for the Embassy of India, Oslo for all applicants residing in Oslo.
TTServices do hereby declare that they have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Embassy of India, Oslo. Therefore, TTServices will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection ofany visa applications. Our role is only to collect visa applications, schedule appointments for visa interviews based on the instructions given by the Embassy of India, Oslo.
The only charges you will be asked to pay is our service fee to accept and forward to the Embassy of India your visa application and for scheduling visa interview as per Embassy of India instruction.
Processing Time
Upon receipt of the Visa Application through Indian Visa Application Center or directly, the Indian Mission/ Post requires a minimum of three working days to process the case and issue a visa depending upon the nationality and excluding special cases. In short,it takes minimum three to six working days to process visas forethnic Norwegian nationals and minimum ten working days for those whoare born in a foreign land or have a previous nationality.
Note that all non-ethnic Norwegian nationals are required to undergo a security clearance and this is done internally at the Embassy; TTServices holds no information on the same. In such cases the applicants have to fill the Telefax for Visa Clearance Form which amounts to nok 50 along with the Online Visa Application form (which is a manditory requirement) for processing the visa.
Do I need a visa?
All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport witha valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad. The Indian visa is issued under Government of India’s Foreigners Act.
All Individual visa seekers are requested to apply for the Indian Visa in order to make an application for getting the Indian visa. The application form is to be completed in all respect and once submitted on-line successfully, a print out of the same is to be taken and submitted to us along with your passport and requisite visa processing fee. No hand written application form will be accepted by TT Services, Oslo.

Counter Delivery Checklist:
1.Timings: 09:00-15:00 hours for registrations
2.A printed version of the Online Application Form, Passport andsupporting document (if any)
3.Receipt from bank payment (free) or credit card (10 NOK surchargewill be added.)
4.If using bank payment- Handelsbanken: Branch Olov V´s Gate, Oslo, Account number : 9046 11 60270 Passport number and name mustbe written. The receipt must accompany the visa application
5.TT Services does not accept cash/cheques
6.It is not necessary to apply in person, a messenger is accepted.
Passport Pick-up:
1.Timings: 13:00-1600 hours.
2.A messenger may be allowed to pick the passport on behalf of theapplicant.
An Authorization Letter may be handed over at the reception when picking the passport(s) with the name, reference number and passport number of the applicant.
Postal Delivery Checklist:
1.A printed version of the Online Application Form, Passport and supporting document (if any)
2.DO NOT SEND STAMPS.
3.Receipt of payment of NOK 150 to our bank for postage should be included.
We send maximum four passports in one envelope.
4.Postal applications must be sent by REK Post and will be sent back by REK Post.
Visa Issuing:
This is the sole prerogative of the Embassy of India in Oslo. They issue visas based on the type and duration of the stay at their owndiscretion.
What do I need to know when filling the Online Application Form?
1.Information entered in the application form must be the same as in the passport (Name(s), Surname, Date of birth, Place of birth, Passport number and its date of issue and expiry.)
2.We are unable to make any changes at the time of registration fromour end.
3.By visible identification marks we mean; a scar or a mole.
4.Do not use Norwegian alphabets when filling the Online ApplicationForm. (The english version of your name is available at the bottom ofyour passport.)
5.If you wish to know your previous visa details when filling the formyou may contact us via email : info@ttservices.no
6.If you have given your email id in the application form you willreceive an email confirming your registration as well.
7.When applying for a tourist visa, it may be hard to have a referencein India; in such cases, you may either enter the address of theHotel or leave it blank.
8.After filling the entire application form you may print it out anddeliver it to us by REKPost or by hand along with your passport andother supporting documents.
9. If you hold a Norwegian Travel Document ( Reisebevis) kindly fill in your current nationality as Norwegian.
Transport Fee for emergency cases NOK 195 (Only daytime and this is not an emergency visa, only transport charge.)
Note that incomplete applications will be returned at the applicants expense + an administrative charge of NOK 300

NOTE:Applicants may please note that satellite telephone services are notpermitted in India (except for Immarsat services provided through M/sTata Communications Limited, but only in instances where ‘NoObjection Certificates’ have been issued by the Department ofTelephones, Government of India, on case to case basis.) Satellitetelephony through Thuraya and other such sets is unauthorized in thecountry and, if such sets are detected, the equipment is liable to beseized and the holders making unauthorized use of satellite telephoneservices are liable to be prosecuted under the relevant provisions ofthe Indian Wireless Act and the Indian Telegraph Act.
